What does that mean?  It means we are dedicated to the family interests of our employees and our clients. 

In this age of working parents, the available time left for parents to spend with children or other family member such as aging parents or friends is hard to find.  At a recent forum conducted by the Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce, a survey was cited that showed that flexibility in the workplace was the top priority for employees, even surpassing pay and opportunity.  Our Administrator Joe Adrignola who participated in the forum, learned that a considerable number of people had passed up promotions in order to retain workplace flexibility. 

That is why we made it a policy, years ago, to be flexible when it came to work time required here in the office.  Our attorneys and staff have different start times when needed to get children off to school or day care.  We allow time off during the business day for doctor’s appointments or other family matters as well.  We also have made it easy for anyone to log in to our computer system from home in order to get work done while keeping an eye on the home front.  This is not to say that confidentiality is sacrificed, nor is total attention to client work.  We have taken steps to assure that. 

We show the same flexibility when it comes to our clients as well, scheduling appointment at their convenience and their preferred location.   We even make house calls!
