From the south using I-93 Take exit 20 and proceed left at the end of the exit ramp. This is US RT 3 and NH RT 11. About 8 miles later the routes follow the Laconia Bypass to the right. Do not follow this but instead stay straight and you will be on RT 11A. Follow 11A to the downtown lights, a triple set with right and left turn lanes at Rt 106. The Landmark Inn is on your left. Turn left at the lights and bear right to go past Rotary Park with the gazebo. We are the second large brick building on the right, after the Belknap Mill and before Laconia City Hall. From the south using Rt 106 Follow Rt 106 from Concord through Belmont and proceed to the triple set of lights in downtown Laconia. The Melcher and Prescott building should be on your right and the Landmark Hotel is on the diagonal corner. Go straight through the lights and bear right to go past Rotary Park with the gazebo. We are the second large brick building on the right, after the Belknap Mill and before Laconia City Hall. From the north or west using Rt 104 or Rt 106 From Rt 104 heading east, turn right at Meredith Center Road (follow signs to NH Humane Society) and follow this to Rt 106 south. From Meredith, turn right at the rotary to get on Rt 106 (the first exit around the rotary) south. Then: Proceed on 106 until you reach the lights in downtown Laconia with the Laconia Public Library on your left. Go right at the lights and proceed around the circle going past the Laconia Savings Bank on your left. Continue around bearing left until you see Rotary Park with its gazebo. We are the second large brick building on the right, after the Belknap Mill and before Laconia City Hall.
