We represent individuals and businesses who seek to collect debts due to them, and we also, where appropriate, represent businesses and people who are alleged to owe money but contest the obligation, the amount owed, or the interest rate or other fees charged to them. We also assist those who seek to negotiate some reasonable way to pay the claim by structuring or restructuring a payment plan.
