We work with accounting and tax professionals to develop solutions and structure commercial transactions that both achieve our client’s business goals and minimize the tax consequences.

Frequently, a commercial transaction is accompanied by a financing transaction, and our attorneys assist clients in the preparation of promissory notes, security agreements, cross collateralization agreements and other documentation necessary for the procurement and provision of financing for a commercial transaction. We advise our clients regarding sophisticated secured and unsecured transactions and the law under the New Hampshire Uniform Commercial Code as it pertains to such transactions.
